I have purchase the Urban Eco Harakeke Toner from the SAEM. It is a very gel like semi thick toner. It is great for moisturizing and hydration. It is great for skin that has lost a great deal of moisture like myself. It is a white semi thick toner and it comes in a pump bottle has a cap that looks like a piece of cork. The toner is very hydrating dry skin especially during the winter.
