How to Cure Cystic Acne? Skincare Routine?

Skincare Routine for Cystic Acne
Hi Everyone, I just wanted to introduce to you about my skin and the problems I have with my skin, so when some people come across my blog, they can relate and share some ideas of what they do. My skin is oily and I also have combination skin.I have very oily skin during the summer time, however in the winter time I have very dry skin especially in my t-zone area. My skin peels a lot in the t-zone area, leaving flaky dead skin cells on my t-zone area. I happen to break out quite often especially during my menstrual cycle, or when I am really stressed. I get pimples but more of them are cystic pimples. Cystic pimples are pimples that are beneath the skin. They are very painful when touched because they are inflamed and swelled. It takes awhile for them to go away because it is deep under the skin . Whenever I get them they are quite painful, and they seem to go down after several weeks, but I would get theses dark blemishes, which also take several weeks to go away. I recently came across this sulfur ointment and it has really help by reducing the size of the cystic acne. I would basically apply it like a mask on my face for 20 minutes or can dab the ointment on individual pimples but I find it easily to slap this on everywhere. I tried it overnight and it irritated the shit out of my skin, I had like a tingling burning sensation with tiny bumps so I had to wash it off. The next day I can see that the cystic acne I had yesterday have reduce half the size or even smaller. I am not bragging at all but this stuff work pretty well for just be around $6 US dollars. It is pretty much wonders in a jar, I have to say. I am impress and definitely be purchasing again. I picked this up on amazon.com but you can get them at a local drugstore such as Walgreen, Rite Aid, or Walmart. It is worth trying if you suffer from acne and really can't hurt spending $6 dollars. It also helps with pimples, cystic acne, blackheads, whitehead, primarily it is an acne medication.

My skincare routine is using the Clinique Great Skin Home and Away Set for Combo Oily to Oily Skin, I recieved this from my brother for Christmas in 2011, starting off in the morning, I use the Clinique liquid facial soap, which is a gentle liquid facial soap, I switch on and off using it with my pink Clarisonic Plus, which I received as a birthday present from my aunt in 2011. After washing my face, I pat my face dry following it with the clarifying lotion. The lotion is feels like a serum that soaks in your skin and makes your skin feel really soft. As for the smell of the Clinique Cleanser and Toner it smells light and fresh.
I love the unique idea that clinique has for it's toner.
Taken a cotton pad and push down on the clinique bottle and the toner is than released soaked in the cottonpad. How lovely is that!
The con is that it doe not have a lock to secure it if you happen to be traveling, so be careful when transporting the toner.

Than moisturizing with my face with the dramatically different moisturizing gel, than I apply sunblock from either The Body Shop Vitamin C Daily Moisturizer with SPF 30 or Neutrogena Healthy Defense daily moisturizer SPF 50. I would like the Vitamin C Daily Moisturizer to have a high spf, that would be even better. High spf = less agespots. It smells really good like oranges. It refreshes and wakes you up when applying it in the morning because of the tingy smell of oranges.

I switch from different products base on what is happening to my skin. So if I happen to be breaking out a lot I will switch my skincare to 30 Day Murad Acne Skincare Complex Kit. This is a the mini size compared to the full size. I wanted to try it out first so I got the mini set of the Murad Acne instead of purchasing full size because they are pricey. I use it for at least 2-3 weeks until my face is cleared up. Murad Acne has helped with my skin clearing up but I would not purchase it again. It is pretty expensive this kit was around $36 U.S. Dollar. In my opinion, there are better acne kit and cheaper alternative.

Exfoliating Skin
I also exfoliate once or up to three times a week depending how my skin is reacting that week. I use the body shop Vitiamin Microdermabrasion. It is a bit pricey for a 2.5 fl oz bottle is $20 U.S. dollars but I happen to catch this on a bogo sale with a 20% off coupon, which is a steal. The consistency is very fine grainy and works really well. After washing your face with this, your face will literally have a glowing radiant complexion. I went to a the store to purchase this. Will be purchasing again but with the discounts of course. I also either use the St. Ive apricot scrub which is really good. The price for St. Ive is $6-8 U.S. dollars. They have a lot of variety of scrubs to choose from for different skin problems which is also really good. After exfoliating, I apply my toner and moisturizer.
